Situation:
An Egyptian VIP client found standard Mercedes options “too common” among his peers. He desired a truly one-of-a-kind GLS that reflected his unique taste, integrating exclusive materials and personalized features.

Task:
Create a fully bespoke “GLS Plus” conversion. Key requirements included integrating custom Italian leather, replacing standard wood with high-gloss wood trim, embroidering unique insignia on the seats, and maintaining full vehicle warranty and reliability.

Action:
Assigned a dedicated project manager for single-point contact and weekly updates. Partnered with a specialty wood workshop to craft high-gloss trim without compromising safety. Commissioned master embroiderers to execute complex designs on premium leather. Upgraded all comfort systems (ventilation, massage) with no external branding for a pure, custom aesthetic.

Result:
The client was “astounded” by the final vehicle, which became a mobile symbol of his personal brand. He constantly receives compliments and describes it as “a rolling piece of art.”
